Who we are and how to reach us

Yvori Studio develops Forge, Glypho, Notepad and Launch. For questions about this policy or information you shared with support, write to suporte@yvori.net.

02

Forge: connecting to GitHub

When you authorize your account, Forge communicates with GitHub to access and perform the actions you request in repositories, Issues, Pull Requests and Projects. Git may also communicate with the remotes configured in your repositories. HTML document previews may load images and other media from addresses included in the file; these requests send technical information, such as your IP address, to the servers hosting that content. Access tokens are stored in macOS Keychain. Preferences, references to authorized repositories and diagnostic logs are kept on your Mac. Logs may include repository names. Disconnecting removes the credentials used by the app; it does not delete content that remains on GitHub.

03

Glypho: favorites, recent items and iCloud

Glypho keeps favorites and item usage records locally and can synchronize them through iCloud, according to your account and system settings. Records include the item identifier, count and last use. This does not synchronize all settings or exported files. The app keeps local diagnostics about sessions, version, language and interactions. Search events use measures such as result counts without recording the complete search text; copy events do not include full clipboard contents. In this version, these diagnostics are not sent to an external analytics service.

04

Notepad: your documents and file providers

Notepad opens and saves files in the locations you choose. When you use iCloud Drive or another file provider, that service handles storage and synchronization through system interfaces. The app keeps preferences and local recovery information, which may include document contents. Diagnostic logs can be exported by your own action. The app has no Yvori document-storage account or service.

05

Launch: local catalog and organization

Launch reads applications from authorized locations and stores the catalog and its organization in a local database. Records include application names, identifiers, paths and dates. Preferences and diagnostics are also local. Pro trial status may remain in Keychain. Capabilities that depend on system permissions vary by installed edition.

06

Purchases processed by Apple

The App Store processes purchases, subscriptions and restoration. Apps receive product, transaction and access-status information to enable purchased features. Yvori Studio does not receive your full card details. Apple Account terms and purchase and subscription controls apply to these operations.

07

This website

This website uses Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Page requests involve technical information, such as IP addresses and request data, processed by the provider to operate the service. We do not add analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies to this site. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser to help you return to the chosen version. You can delete it through your browser’s data controls.

08

When you contact support

Sending an email shares your address, message and any attachments so we can respond. Send only what is needed to explain the issue. Do not send credentials, banking information, confidential documents or other people’s personal data.

09

Control, retention and deletion

You control the files you open and save and can manage local data through app and system controls. Some purchase or trial records may remain in Keychain or your Apple Account. Data held by GitHub, iCloud or other providers follows those services’ controls and policies. To request access to, correction of or deletion of information sent to support, contact the email above.
